Kohen's 2nd Birthday!

On October 22, 2010 at 2:04pm my sweet baby boy turned 2!  This year his birthday party was a pirate theme.  I took a million pictures of the party decorations and food...  Enjoy, Arrrrg!!!

His party invitation is in the lid of the treasure chest...

This is one of the my favorite things I made... It's "buried treasure muffins"!  I made the "palm tree" out of a carrot and green bell pepper...

Here is my rotating skull head!

In case you haven't noticed, I'm obsessed with Halloween decorations.  So I thought this year I would invest in my very own Halloween Tree!  I think it turned out pretty good!  It's black with orange lights.

Here's the top of the Halloween tree...

Time for cake!!!

Opening gifts... This went a little better than last year.  Maybe next year he'll be even better at opening gifts!

Kohen got this Razorback jersey from the Leal's...This means A LOT because they are HUGE Texas Longhorn fans!

Kohen wanted to wear his new Thomas the Train rain boots with his jersey :)

I love this picture.  Kohen loves watching the Razorbacks and calling the Hogs!

A few days before Kohen's party, we had a little birthday party for Tre and Kohen because Paul, Tre's dad, was going to be out of town for both parties :(  So, we went to the Alveraz's house and let the boys open their gifts from Paul.

Besides his house, the Alveraz's is Kohen's favorite place to be!

Paul showing Kohen how to work his new toy

And I'm going to go ahead and say that Paul Alveraz is crazy BECAUSE he bought Kohen GOLF CLUBS for his birthday!!!  I couldn't believe it!  Jason and I talked about getting Kohen these same clubs but decided to wait because we already bought him his "big" gift (the train table).  I still can't believe Paul did this!  BUT, I know how much he LOVES and ADORES Kohen, so I guess it shouldn't surprise me :)

Awwwe!  Paul giving Kohen kisses :)  Kohen loves you so much Paul!

(Sherri helped me SO much with Kohen's party details!  I couldn't have done it without her!)

What an awesome two years this has been!  Daddy and I love you so much Kohen!
Happy 2nd Birthday!
